I am an Industrial and Systems Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Operations Management focused on Quality, and I also hold additional certifications such as Internal Auditor in Food Safety Management Systems.

I have seven years of experience in the food industry, specializing in quality assurance, where I utilize quality tools to measure and control our processes to meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations.
